Soi Cowboy is the short bar street that joins Soi 21 (Asok Montri Road) to Soi 23. Sukhumvit Soi 23, also called Soi Prasanmit, runs north off Sukhumvit Road from the Asok intersection, and the shops on it are WOW! Bangkok Massage at number 12, AWESOME999 at 116/10 and Aya Massage at 126.
The other pockets are each a few minutes from the same station pair:

The whole card is published, and every package is priced at three therapist levels (Therapist, Senior, Master). Picasso is on Lane 2 of Sukhumvit Soi 19, which the operator puts about 300 metres, three minutes on foot, from either BTS Asok or MRT Sukhumvit. Its own sketch map uses Terminal 21 and the Westin Grande Sukhumvit as landmarks.
At the shop there are two courses. A standard session is ฿2,100 for 40 minutes, ฿2,500 for 60 and ฿2,800 for 90. Nuru on an air mattress is ฿3,000 for 60 minutes and ฿3,500 for 90, but the operator says not every therapist offers it, so name nuru when you book. The standard room has a shower; the VIP room with a bathtub adds ฿300.
Picasso is the Asoke shop that also comes to you: outcall to hotels and condominiums in the Sukhumvit area is ฿2,900 for 60 minutes, ฿3,200 for 90 and ฿3,500 for 120. Pay in baht cash or by bank transfer; no cards. Its house rules refuse guests who are heavily drunk, and forbid photos and filming.

Stella is on Soi 10, on the even-numbered side of Sukhumvit Road between the Nana and Asok stations; BTS Asok is the closer, roughly a five-minute walk. Its model is the opposite of a LINE-first booking: the operator’s own words are “No Appointment Needed”, so you walk in, choose and pay.
The menu is short and published. Shower massage is ฿2,000 for 40 minutes, ฿2,400 for 60 and ฿3,400 for 90. Nuru is ฿3,000 for 60 minutes, ฿4,000 for 90 and ฿5,000 for 120. Soi 23 and Soi 19 run north off Sukhumvit Road on the odd-numbered side, and Soi Cowboy cuts across between Soi 21 (Asok Montri Road) and Soi 23. The Ratchadaphisek alley is south of the junction, near Terminal 21. Soi 10 is on the other side of Sukhumvit Road, towards Nana.

- Read the line, not the headline. On the itemised menus the ฿2,000 prices are 40-minute shower, room or standard sessions. Nuru is a separate line on most of them, usually ฿3,000 an hour.
- Ask for the location pin. Several shops are in alleys or deep in the soi, and Queenmarich’s address is not settled. Wonder sends directions once you book.
