Heal is a nuru and soapy studio in Din Daeng, on a residential soi off Asok-Din Daeng Road, in the commercial belt anchored by Central Rama 9 and Fortune Town. It is roughly two kilometres north-west of the Sukhumvit nuru cluster — close enough to be a real alternative, far enough that the customer profile is different.

Our Verdict

Heal is the venue you choose when you want the Sukhumvit product without the Sukhumvit foot traffic. The operator’s own positioning is unusually candid about this: a building that does not announce itself, on a soi with nothing else on it, reached by people who went looking rather than people who walked past. In a category where most venues on Soi 22 and Soi 33 share a doorway with two competitors, that is a genuine differentiator rather than marketing.

The practical trade is which line you are on, not distance. There is no BTS here — Din Daeng is off that network entirely — but MRT Phra Ram 9 is about 350 metres away, a four or five minute walk, so this is only a taxi arrival if you are coming from the Sukhumvit side. Have the soi name ready either way, because Kiattichai Alley is not a landmark. Set against the change of line: it runs both nuru and soapy under one roof, which most of the small Sukhumvit shops do not, and it takes walk-ins, which most of them also do not.

What to Expect

Private suites rather than a fishbowl or a shared lounge — the operator publishes a rooms page and runs the studio on a spa footing. Both nuru body-to-body and soapy sessions are offered. Walk-ins are accepted, but the operator’s own guidance is to book ahead on weekend evenings, which is the honest signal about how busy it gets.

Nuru starts at ฿3,000 for 40 minutes, ฿3,800 for an hour and ฿5,200 for 90 minutes — that 90-minute rate is a two-shot session on the operator’s board. Adding the jacuzzi suite costs ฿400 to ฿800 depending on length, which is a modest premium for the room grade. A plain shower-suite session — the non-nuru option — starts at ฿2,400. The top rows of the board (฿4,800, ฿6,200 and ฿6,800) are “[2 Shots][2 Ladies]” sessions — two therapists working on one guest, not couples packages, so read them as the two-lady upgrade rather than pricing for two visitors.

That places Heal above the Din Daeng corridor norm and squarely in the Sukhumvit band, which is worth knowing before you make the trip: you are paying Phrom Phong money for a Din Daeng address. What you get for it is suite space and quiet that the Soi 22 shops cannot offer at any price. Card (foreign Visa/Mastercard) and cash are both accepted.

304/10-11 Kiattichai Alley, Din Daeng 10400 — a quiet residential soi off Asok-Din Daeng Road, directly behind a hotel, in the Din Daeng district rather than on the Rama 9 commercial strip itself. MRT Phra Ram 9 is the station to aim for, about 350 metres away, with the Central Rama 9 / Fortune Town cluster as the landmark to navigate by. There is no BTS anywhere near here, so from Sukhumvit it is a change to the MRT or a taxi. The map pin comes from the operator’s own published coordinates; Kiattichai Alley is not a landmark, so having the pin open before you set off is worth the ten seconds.
